Are your bracelets adjustable?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Please contact us at biudausofficial@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item?
We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you'd like. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at biudausofficial@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
