Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Please contact us at biudausofficial@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item?
We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you'd like. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
